Contact Casiloon to fix an error or flag a missing site

Contact Casiloon when something on the site is wrong, out of date or missing. Every page here is checked against an official source, and a reader who spots a gap is often the fastest way to find out that a source has changed.

Messages land with Riley, the editor who signs the guides. Tell us which page you mean and what you saw, and we will run the checks behind every page again against the register or the rule it relies on.

  • CorrectionsA mistake on a pageA wrong figure, a rule that has changed, a help line that no longer answers. Include the page address if you can.
  • Ontario directoryA site missing or wrongly listedA casino site that joined or left the iGaming Ontario list, or an address or operator that does not match.
  • Reader questionsSomething the guides do not answerIf a page left you with a question about how the provincial markets work, it may belong in the next update.

Send a message to the Casiloon editor

Use the form below, or write to contact@casiloon.com if you prefer your own mail app. A link to the page and a screenshot help, but a plain description works too.

When a correction is made, the page shows a new “Updated” date. Before writing about a listing, you can also check our list of Ontario casino sites, which shows when it was last compared with the official directory.

Problems with a casino account go elsewhere

Casiloon is an independent guide, not a casino and not a regulator. A blocked withdrawal, a closed account or a bonus dispute has to start with the company that runs the site, then follow the province’s official route.

Where a casino account problem should go

    Ontario
    1. Contact the customer service of the casino site and keep a copy of your exchange.
    2. If it stays unresolved, take it to the AGCO, which oversees the sites registered in Ontario.
    Alberta
    1. Use the site’s formal complaints process. It can take up to 90 days to reach a decision.
    2. Still unresolved? You can then report the site to the AGLC. Responsible gambling, advertising or illegal activity concerns can go straight to the AGLC.

Casiloon cannot see your account, step into a dispute or recover a balance. The AGLC notes that a complaint to the regulator does not get your money back either.

If gambling has stopped feeling like a choice, the free lines on our limits and self-exclusion page answer day and night in both provinces.

    What happens to your message

Your name and email are used to reply to you and for nothing else. They are never sold or added to a mailing list. The details are in our privacy policy.

If you want to know who reads your message before you send it, the About page explains who edits Casiloon and how the site is funded.
